All tickets sold on Trust Events are final. We do not process refunds unless an event is officially cancelled by the organizer. Please check your order details carefully before purchasing.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Trust Events is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
3. Event Conduct
Trust Events provides the platform for ticket sales but is not the organizer of the events. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or content of the events listed.
4. Booking Conduct
Trust Events provides the platform for booking event services (DJs, decorators, makeup artists, etc.) but is not responsible for the conduct or performance of any service provider. Users must verify and choose providers carefully. Trust Events is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from bookings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
6. Payment Processing
All payments on Trust Events are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Monnify and Paystack). Trust Events does not control or store your financial information and is not responsible for payment errors, failures, or security breaches. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of these payment providers before completing transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Trust Events platform, including logos, text, design, and branding, is the property of Trust Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
